GO 070 features as many as 16 floors. The imposing building will soon be making a bold statement at the quay. Just close your eyes and imagine the view. Living with the city in your sights. The GO Apartments range is varied, meaning that GO 070 has something to offer you, you and you.

GO Apartments has 57 parking spaces and 20 scooter parking spaces at groundlevel. YOu can store your bicycle in the bicycle parking on the first floor. Here you will also find charging points for electric bicycles.

Diverse and unique

A positive mix of social rentals (30%) and private sector rentals is planned. Truly something for everyone. From studios, medium studios to apartments and large apartments: you can find them all here. The living areas vary from around 23 to 78 m². There are two commercial areas on the ground floor, and we hope that a fun coffee bar will set up here in future.

Enjoy GO Apartments together

A range of facilities are available in the building. You can enjoy the rooftop lounge on the 11th floor. It doesn't get much better than that! Take in the view over the city. There are intimate places to lounge and sunbathe, and we create space in which you can celebrate the weekend together. The planters ensure there’s plenty of room for some urban farming with friends and family.

There are also electric shared cars available to rent and we are creating a communal study/lounge area on the first floor. You do your laundry in the launderette on the ground floor, and there are bring-me-boxes for your parcels. Is that everything? Nearly. We will organize lightning-fast WiFi for you, and there is a caretaker present in the building. GO and enjoy!

Parking

GO Apartments boasts 57 parking spaces and 20 scooter parking spaces at ground level height. You can store your bicycle at the bike storage area on the first floor. You can also find charging points for electric bikes here.

Laundry service

On the ground floor there will be a laundry, operated by Miele, with washing machines and dryers. All residents can use this and payment for this service only takes place when the service is purchased.

Bring me boxes

In addition to letterboxes, the entrance will also bring bring-me boxes, so that residents can have their parcels delivered in a box and collect these parcels at the entrance upon returning home.

Study room

On the first floor there will be a communal study / lounge area of ??approximately 75 m².

2 passenger lifts and 1 goods lift

With a moving lift you can easily move all your belongings to your apartment, there are also two passenger lifts that take you to all floors.

Collective WIFI

Fiber optic is introduced into the building instead of regular internet. All apartments will be connected to this fiber optic network and there will be a collective 500 MB up- and download network for all residents, supplied by Teleplaza. The costs will be charged via the service costs. As a result, residents no longer have to take out a Ziggo / KPN subscription, private connections via the collective WIFI are simply possible.

Optional TV/channel packages

In addition to the collective WIFI, residents can optionally purchase a channel package for TV WIFI. This is not an obligation and is charged additionally by residents directly with the provider (Teleplaza)

Caretaker services

In view of the amount of communal facilities and the scale of the object, a caretaker will be placed who will provide caretaker services. The caretaker also has a caretaker's room on the ground floor. The caretaker costs are passed on in the service costs.

Roof terrace

On the eleventh floor there will be a communal roof terrace which provides intimate places to lounge and sunbathe and communal places to stay in a cozy group. In addition, planters are provided for joint urban farming.

Two commercial units will be built on the ground floor, as yet unknown.
