To keep things comprehensive, we categorize the apartments into Studios, Medium Studios and Apartments, and Large Apartments.

COMPACT STUDIOS
GO for a (social rental) studio measuring 24 to 37 m². Your ‘loft’ is cleverly divided up so that every square metre comes into its own. Enjoy the breathtaking view from the large windows. The studio features a kitchen with 2-ring induction hob, extractor and fridge, and the brand new bathroom boasts a shower with glass shower wall, sink and toilet.

MEDIUM STUDIOS AND APARTMENTS
A studio or a 1-bedroom apartment. What are you looking for? The Medium Go Apartments feature a living surface of 43 to 49 m². Some apartments and studios feature an indoor loggia. Are you looking forward to your new kitchen with 4-ring induction hob, extractor hood, fridge, and in some apartments, a dishwasher? In addition, there is a luxury bathroom with bath or shower with glass shower wall, a single or double washbasin and a toilet.
Generous living in the heart of the city
LARGE APARTMENTS
Live in spacious apartments in the city. Go for Large! The apartments measure between 61 to 78 m², divided into lofts or apartments with 1 or 2 bedrooms. You will always be able to enjoy a spacious loggia or balcony measuring 6.5 to 14 m². Your view changes with the position of the sun. What would you prefer: a view over the Laakkwartier, or over the centre of The Hague? A kitchen with built-in appliances (4-ring induction hob, extractor hood, fridge and a dishwasher and/or oven in some apartments) is on hand, while the brand new bathroom features a shower with glass shower wall, a washbasin or double sink and a toilet.
